A New Year

A friend of mine was telling me about an exercise that her and her husband do every year in lieu of your typical New Year’s resolutions. They make a list of all that they have accomplished from the previous year and congratulate themselves first.  Then they make a list of goals, not to reprimand themselves for not accomplishing, but to accelerate further their progress from the year before.  I am all about goal setting paired with the power of positive thinking so I wanted to share this approach with you all and wish you a healthy and productive new year. & A special thanks to Nia and Jeremy for always inspiring me!
